Abducted GEJ Relative’s Body Found In Otuoke, Uncle Still Missing

The body of a relative to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, who is believed to have been kidnapped along with the former president’s uncle, Chief Inegite Jonathan, has been found.
nationalTRAIL learnt that the body of Samuel Oki, a 35 year old man was recovered by some fishermen in Jonathan’s ancestral home of Otuoke.
According to reports reaching us, the body of the relative, was this Friday, found floating on Otuoke river, which is exactly two days after the abduction.
The diseased was on Wednesday, abducted by some gunmen, together with Jonathan’s 72-year-old uncle, who also doubled as his foster father, Chief Inegite Jonathan, making the second time the elderly man was been abducted by armed men.
 Oki’s kidnap was however not immediately known by both relatives and members of the community, but much later.
Meanwhile fears have been heightened over the safety of pa Jonathan, whose status was still unknown by Friday afternoon, following the discovery of Oki’s decomposed body.
nationalTRAIL also learnt that the body has since been deposited at a morgue in the area just as several sympathisers were still visiting the Otuoke residence and neighbourhood of the Jonathans as at the time of this report.
