A presidential aspirant, Prof. Olufunmilayo Adesanya-Davies has condemned what she observed as contradictions of the approval of the Not Too Young To Run Bill, in the current electoral process and guidelines for the 2019 general elections.

Adesanya- Davies in a statement by her special assistant,Isioma Nkenchor said, “the contradictions of candidates having to run at under 35 years of age, the resignation of jobs of such contestant vying for political positions, as well as, payment of exorbitant fee for both Nomination and Expression of Interest forms are glaringly contradictory.”

The presidential hopeful said the contradictions of the young candidates having to run at 35 and less than 35 years of age, resignation of jobs, with payment of exorbitant fees for both nomination and expression of interest forms are unacceptable and need to be corrected at the appropriate quarters if 2019 election would be successful.

Adesanya-Davies (PMA-Choice) had quit PDP and defected to Mass Action Joint Alliance – MAJA PARTY before the wake of massive defections from APC to PDP.

She urged individuals to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and vote massively for the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) in the coming elections.
