Finally members of the National Assembly have today (Wednesday) submitted details of the 2016 appropriation to the clerk of the National Assembly.
With this submission , the budget which has been dogged by controversies is now ready for onward transmission to President Buhari for his assent.
The President had insisted on details before appending his signature on the budget
