Amidst speculations that President Mohammadu Buhari has been bedridden following his absence from public functions for over three weeks, he made a surprise appearance at the Aso Rock Mosque.
Buhari proved those who rumoured that he is so sick to appear in public wrong as he joined Muslim faithful at the mosque in the presidential villa in Abuja.
There have been different reports about the president’s state of health, but the presidency maintained that he was only resting as recommended by his doctors.
On Friday, Buhari was at the mosque, and Bashir Ahmad, one of his aides tweeted a video of the president discussing with some people, including the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno.
