Kashim Ali Bukar Dalori, four year old son of the Borno State chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ali Bukar Dalori, has been united with his family having been rescued from his abductors by the Special Anti Robbery Squad in Maiduguri.
National Trail confirmed from the Police that the kidnappers of the four year old boy have also been arrested, while trying to retrieve a ransom paid by the family to the kidnappers.
Police Public Relations Officer for the Borno Police Command. Okon Edet told us that, the boys was traced to a particular hotel in Maiduguri where his female abductor and her accomplices had kept him in anticipation of a ransom.
According to a source close to the family, a ransom of N20 million was paid into the account of the kidnappers, while the bank was alerted to be on the lookout for whosoever transacts business on the money.
A lady was later arrested in Kano shortly after the payment was made, when she drew the ransom money on behalf of her accomplices.
According to our findings, the bank alerted the police on the suspicious transaction, before they moved in and arrested the lady, who equally named her accomplices.
Parents of the abducted child, while thanking God for the safe rescue of their ward commended the efforts of the Police and the public who volunteered information leading to the rescue.
Ali Dalori, father of the child believes the kidnap may have other motives, which if investigated could lead to a breakthrough in curtailing crime and criminality in Borno.

The kidnapp of Kashim Ali Dalori, four years old, by a lady earlier in the week has generated a lot of public out cry, coming in the heat of political contests in which the father is the umpire.
