In a congratulatory message, the Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Dr. Ali Ahmad expressed delight that the Senate President has been able to sustain his late father, Dr Olusola Saraki’s legacies.
Ahmad in the message signed by his media aide, Shuaib AbdulKadir noted that “it is one thing to be given birth to by responsible parents and another thing entirely to sustain the legacies and good name of such parents, whether alive or not.”
The Speaker said Saraki in all ramifications has justified his essence of being alive, stating that since venturing into politics, he had served both Kwara and Nigeria in various capacities very well.
Describing Saraki as an achiever who could be proud of by the present generation, Ahmad stressed that as each day passes by, Nigerians are witnessing his sterling leadership qualities as the Senate President and Chairman of the National Assembly.
Ahmad stated that for several years to come, the senate president would not only be relevant in the scheme of things owing to his experience but would continue to be appreciated.
“On behalf of the Honourable Members, Management and Staff of the Kwara State House of Assembly, I warmly felicitate with the Senate President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki ( CON) as he becomes 55 years old today.
“As the President of the Senate and Chairman, National Assembly, Your Excellency’s sterling leadership qualities have made the legislative arm of government a credible platform for good governance in the country.
