United Nigeria Will Become World Power – Cleric

A Christian Cleric, Bishop Charles Yohanna of the Faith Revival Chapel worldwide Bauchi while condemning those agitating for secession said that a United Nigeria is capable of becoming World Power considering her potentials.

Charles stated this during a prayer session organized to mark Nigeria’s 57th Independence anniversary at the headquarters of Faith Revival Chapel worldwide premises, Rafin Zurfi Bauchi.

“There are potentials in this country that other countries don’t have, if harnessed, the country will become world power, what we have, America don’t have, Great Britain don’t have. If we harness the human potential, Agriculture, several mineral resources that if we make good use of will give us the edge to become world power”, he said.

Charles Yohanna condemned the agitators of Biafra saying “Nigeria will not be divided no matter what; we suffered in the past we will not allow this country to go into another suffering, that is enough.”

The Bishop commended President Mohammadu Buhari for his effort in keeping the country united saying “our President, Muhammadu Buhari is doing a lot to keep the country as one indivisible and progressive nation that can take its pride of place among other countries.”

Charles Yohanna reiterated, “We need to settle our differences and rededicate ourselves to the service of this great nation to become one entity.”

He however called on religious leaders, opinion leaders, civil society groups and other stakeholders that  have vital roles to play help in sustaining the unity of the country because according to him, “united we stand divided we fall.”
