Turkish president warns citizens: Kilicdaroglu’s win benefits foreign corporations and terrorists

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has issued a warning to the citizens, urging them to reelect him as their leader. He claimed that if his main rival, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, wins the upcoming presidential election rerun, it would result in power being handed over to American and British corporations, as well as terrorist organizations that are against Turkey’s interests.

The presidential election rerun is scheduled for Sunday, May 28. In the first ballot, both Erdogan and Kilicdaroglu received a similar number of votes but failed to secure the required constitutional majority. Erdogan expressed his intention to swiftly form a cabinet if he emerges victorious in the second round.

Erdogan emphasized the potential consequences of Kilicdaroglu winning, asserting that the beneficiaries would be terrorist organizations and American corporations. He appealed to the people to not give any opportunities to those who threaten Turkey’s unity and solidarity.

In summary, Erdogan called for the citizens’ support, portraying himself as the defender of national interests, while portraying his opponent as aligned with external forces that pose a threat to Turkey.
