Kogi Lauds Appeal Court’s Verdict on Ododo’s Victory

The Kogi State Government has praised the Appeal Court in Abuja for upholding the victory of Governor Usman Ododo. The state’s Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kingsley Fanwo, conveyed the government’s satisfaction with the judgment, describing it as “sound” and a confirmation of the governor’s decisive win at the polls.

Fanwo emphasized the governor’s unwavering faith in the judiciary and noted that the court case had not hindered governance. Despite the legal proceedings, Governor Ododo has remained committed to delivering democracy dividends to the people of Kogi State.

“The jubilation that greeted the verdict affirming the victory of the Chief Servant of Kogi is a demonstration of the triumph of the people’s will,” Fanwo remarked. He called on the citizens of Kogi to continue supporting the governor in his efforts to transform the state into the Confluence of Excellence.
