Social media influencer Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has revealed why Mavin Records founder, Don Jazzy, donated ₦100 million to his Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). In an Instagram post, VDM explained that Don Jazzy’s generous contribution was motivated by their shared goal of uplifting humanity through education.
The donation aims to enhance public school education in Nigeria by providing students with advanced learning opportunities, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovative teaching methods. VDM expressed gratitude for the support, noting that they had only briefly met once, and Don Jazzy’s decision was purely based on belief in his work.
Since the launch of VDM’s NGO, focused on transforming public education, it has garnered substantial financial support from various sectors, raising over ₦35 million within 24 hours of its unveiling.
This collaboration highlights Don Jazzy’s ongoing commitment to societal development and the power of philanthropy in fostering educational progress.
