The Ishola Balogun- Fulani led All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara state has announced the mode and dates for the conduct of its primary elections in the state.
This was contained in a statement signed by the state secretary of APC, Hon Christopher Tunji Ayeni.
The party said that it has adopted direct mode for its presidential primary.
It, however, said that the governorship, senatorial, House of Representatives and House of Assembly primaries shall be by indirect primary.
The presidential primary shall come up on Friday, 28th September, 2018 in every of the 193 electoral wards, the statement said.
The statement added that the decisions which were in compliance with the resolution of the National Working Committee( NWC) of the APC formed parts of the resolution of the local chapter’s stakeholders on choice of primary.
