However, a post from a presidential assistant, Bashir Ahmad, was seen as an insinuation that she is lamenting because she no longer could get free money from politicians.

The actor participated in the protest in 2010, which was against the continued stay in office of then sick president, Umar Yar’adua. This sends a clear message that she speaks up only when issues are wrong in the country, not because of free money.
