Police Arrest Suspected Vehicle and Motorcycle Thief in Kaduna

The Police Command in Kaduna State has arrested a suspect in possession of 30 different fabricated master keys for vehicles and motorcycles.

ASP Mansir Hassan, the command’s spokesperson, confirmed the arrest on Monday in Kaduna. Hassan stated, “The suspect specializes in vehicle and motorcycle theft.”

On July 20, around 2:30 am, police personnel responded to a distress call about a shop burglary. Upon arriving at the scene, they arrested the suspect, Zahradeenee Suleiman, a 35-year-old resident of Galma Road, Tsugugi area of Sabon Gari Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

“A search of the suspect revealed about 30 different sizes of keys for vehicles and motorcycles, including two locally fabricated master keys,” Hassan said. He added that Suleiman is believed to be involved in multiple thefts of vehicles and motorcycles.

The suspect will be charged to court for prosecution after the investigation is completed.
