BOKO HARAM CAMPS IN PANIC AS AIRSTRIKES DEVASTATE ENCLAVES

☆As Gov Zulum Vow’s To Continue Efforts At Resettling Displaced Communities.

Retaliatory strikes by
Airforce and ground troops on major Boko Haram camps in the Sambisa forest and parts of the Lake Chad Basin area are said to be causing serious confusion amongst Boko Haram and ISWAP elements, resulting in deaths.
Intelligence reports indicate that there is rising tension amongst fighters of Boko Haram factions following sustained airstrikes on their hideouts.
According to reports, there have been intensive strikes around the Mandara mountains in the Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State and along the Sambissa forest stretch, in the last one week.

National Trail gathered that Nigerian military fighter jets have been bombarding insurgent camps in Gobara and Balangaje, located around Sambisa Forest, destroying several of their equipment
The strikes reportedly killed three senior Boko Haram commanders, including Mustafa, Ba Bunu, and Awana Kura: sparking fears amongst fighters, their women and children in the affected enclaves.

Intercepted communications betwern senior Boko Haram commander Modu Kunduli and Bakura (alias Weeze) indicate that the group’s leadership and fighters were unsettled by the constant Air bombardments.
Bakura, who operates around Kwajaffa–Ngabur village in Hawul LGA, was said to have admitted similar concerns among his fighters following the sighting of NAF jets over GarkidaGombi Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
Intelligence further revealed that Boko Haram elements were considering retreating further into woods to their hideouts around Ngulde, on the fringes of the Sambisa forest, in Askira/Uba LGA, pending further directives from their top commanders.
Security sources told our correspondent, that, troops have been placed on heightened alert to monitor possible insurgent movement, even as they seek safer zones to evade aerial bombardments.
National Trail recalls that, following renewed onslaught BT Boko Haram insurgents on some soft spots in communities around the Sambisa forest and the Lake Chad Basin, Military authorities were given the marching orders to take the battle to their enclaves, following which the counter offenssives are being launched.
On his part, Borno state Governor, Professor Babagana fumarate Zulum, has embarked on vigorous mobilisation of both the military and the cituzenry, to be resilient in the face of the renewed onslaught.
Zulum, sho has been visiting communities that have bern attacked recently, said he will not rest until every displaced community is resettled, and every attack countered across Borno state.
The governor who vowed yo pay the supreme prize, if need be, to restore peace to Borno state, recently made humongous donations to the military in their renewed counter attacks.
Our correspondent reports that Zulum terminated his planned overseas travel and returned to recently attacked communities in his bid to rebuild confidence in the fight against terrorism.

Investigations by Nigerian Concord Newspaper reveal that the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Shippers Council, Mr. Pius Akutah, has allegedly misappropriated public funds for a lavish lifestyle.

According to our findings, within months of assuming office, Akutah allegedly purchased a bulletproof SUV valued at approximately N850 million. In addition, he is reported to have acquired over twenty exotic SUVs for use as a convoy.

Akutah is also said to have acquired multiple high-value properties, including three in Abuja’s Maitama and Asokoro districts worth over N2 billion, and two in Lagos’ Banana Island valued at N1.8 billion. These acquisitions appear far beyond the scope of his official salary and allowances.

Further investigation suggests that Akutah may be using public funds to support political ambitions, including allegedly grooming militants across 23 local government areas in Benue State for a potential 2027 gubernatorial bid.

Staff of the Shippers Council reportedly claim that Akutah frequently accesses the council’s treasury without proper authorization. Some insiders have indicated that a petition will soon be filed with the EFCC, ICPC, and the Presidency to report his alleged misconduct.
