In a heartfelt plea, Dammy Krane acknowledged the challenges that wealthy individuals face in clearing debts but implored Davido to consider his daughter’s well-being. Dammy Krane is currently struggling to pay his daughter’s school fees, and he believes that Davido’s assistance can make a significant difference. The singer emphasized that his intention is not to provoke conflict with Davido but to ensure the fulfillment of their agreement.
Dammy Krane also referenced a previous situation where Davido had taken one of his artists, Idowest, under his wing. Despite this, Dammy Krane expressed his confusion about Davido’s reluctance to compensate him for a song that Davido himself acknowledged he had written. Dammy Krane emphasized the importance of settling debts and spoke out against supporting any form of oppression.
This request comes amidst a public dispute between Davido and a businessman who accused the singer of failing to fulfill a contract worth millions of Naira. The businessman alleged that he had paid Davido for a football project aimed at benefiting kids, but the project was not delivered, and his money was not refunded.
It’s worth noting that Dammy Krane and Davido have had previous disputes over unpaid dues, particularly regarding their collaboration on the song “Pere.” Dammy Krane even claimed that Davido had sent individuals to assault him in the past.
