The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has revealed the schedule for the national draw of the 2025 President Federation Cup for both men’s and women’s tournaments.
The draw will be conducted on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the NFF secretariat in Abuja. This year’s competition will feature 72 clubs, with two teams representing each of Nigeria’s 36 states and one from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Competition Format
The men’s tournament begins with the Round of 64, while the women’s competition starts at the Round of 32. From there, both tournaments will progress through the knockout stages: the Round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and the finals.
- Men’s Round of 64: May 3–4, 2025
- Round of 16: May 14, 2025
- Quarterfinals: June 5, 2025
- Semifinals: June 18, 2025
- Final Match: June 28, 2025
The men’s champion will earn a spot in the 2025–2026 CAF Confederation Cup, representing Nigeria on an international stage.
