Missing Enugu Guber Aspirant Found Dead

From lateef taiwo

A gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Enugu State in the just concluded elections, Engineer Dons Ude, who has been declared missing since last Saturday, has been found dead.

A close family source told our correspondent that he was found dead at the 9th-mile area of Enugu State. His vehicle was also reported to have been recovered.

The police are yet to make an official statement on the incident.

A one-time State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Ude, was not picking his calls, raising fears that he might have been abducted.

According to the source, his telephone was later found by the wall of the Ogui Police Station, confirming fears that he could have run into trouble.

His wife who had been trying the line was later informed that the phone was found.

She was said to have reported at the station where she narrated that she had been trying to reach him without success.

The source however said nobody was sure if he had been kidnapped. “But it’s certain that he is missing and nobody knows his whereabouts”.

PRESS RELEASE

PRESS STATEMENT BY AREWA DISCUSSION GROUP TITLED; PHRANK SHUAIBU: THE FACE OF A DUBIOUS, ROGUISH MERCHANT OF COUNTERFEITS

Published

on

It was the respected, erudite US-based Nigerian scholar, Professor Farouk kperogi, that previously confirmed what we in the Arewa Discussion Group, ADG, have always known of Phrank Shuaibu, the grandstanding, rogue agent, cantankerous media running dog of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, a serial self acclaimed presidential candidate presently, flying the presidential flag of the African Democratic Contraption alias ADC in the 2027 general elections. Our dossier on Phrank Shuaibu was gathered from accounts of those who had known and related with him way back to his youthful days, as a student at the University of Jos and in the early days of his career in the media ecosystem. Most of them speak of his being a dubious, slimy, despicable and a creepy irrelevant self- seeking young man who will do anything for the mesh of porridge. He is said to have always shown gross deficiency on matters of honesty and integrity. He is portrayed as very opportunistic and unreliable with scanty regards for morality, decorum and decency. From the various testimonies about Phrank Shuaibu’s antecedents, he is a character that aptly qualifies to be called a rogue, a pathological liar, an impulsive pretender and a depraved crook of the first order. Given our knowledge of the characters that have perfected the art of mudslinging and casting of aspersions against the officials of the present administration, we in the Arewa Discussion Group,(ADG), were not surprised or shocked therefore, by the shattering revelations, denuding of Phrank Shuaibu by Professor kperogi. Among other scathing remarks, Professor Kperogi described Phrank Shuaibu as a, “nakedly transparent fraudster.” That, in other words, is calling the Atiku’s image maker, a congenital liar and an impulsive intellectual thief. We are providing the following highlights of the allegations of Professor Kperogi for the benefits of those who may not have read details of the scandal:Phrank Shuaibu had created a Facebook Group titled, MIND YOUR GRAMMAR, where he was flaunting his supposed mastery of the English language. He was also frequently doing the same programme on the Channel Television and the Kogi State Radio station. On the basis of that, he earned a wide range of reputation and encomiums. While some unsuspecting members of the public hailed him as a “genius”, others deferred to him as a “Professor”, of the English language while others mocked him for his delusional mannerisms.Even as he very well knew, deep down his mind, that he did not merit those accolades, but because he is unconscionable, shameless and a “bald-faced” crook, Phrank Shuaibu went about wallowing and regaling in the glory with glee. Shame!According to Professor Kperogi, Phrank Shuaibu was habitually copying from his published works, sometimes, “entire passages”, sometimes, “whole articles, word for word and pasted them on the front page of the Facebook group” plagiarising all his intellectual works. Phrank was always playing the same questionable pranks of plagiarising the works of Professor Kperogi and may be other genuine, renowned scholars on his radio and television programmes during the period under review. Thus, the Farooq Kperogi’s assessment of Phrank Shuaibu as a brazen criminal, “a vile, contemptible, Janus-faced, disreputable scheming character.”Professor Kperogi concluded his dissection of the character of the new found “celebrated” media aide of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in these words: “A wretched, dishonest, compulsively mendacious character.” Going by his written and oral communication skills, Phrank Shuaibu has no capacity to even string together a sentence in English that isn’t a rib-tickling travesty of the language.”He is a wretched, dishonest, compulsively mendacious character.” Wow!!!Available record revealed that while commenting on the issue, an earstwhile watcher of Phrank Shuaibu, Abdul Mahmoud Esq simply dismissed him as, “a serial plagiarist, a master crook.”Though, the Arewa Discussion Group is siding with transparency minded Nigerians on the need to set the record straight in this specific plagiarism instance, we however, take cognisance of the serious implications of the exposure and denuding of Phrank Shuaibu.Firstly, Phrank Shuaibu’s profoundly disgraceful criminal act of brazen plagiarism has just further confirmed our knowledge of the serial criminals positioning themselves as alternative come 2027 general elections. The same unscrupulous charlatans working with pseudo American lobbyists to tarnish the reputation of the Nigerian state. They are totally bereft of honour and only pursuing an agenda of power grab and emptying our common hegemony.Very significantly, the revelations have again brought up the question of the paucity of moral rectitude and etiquettes in the credentials of those characters masquerading as role models and alternative leaders of the country come 2027 general elections. In Phrank Shuaibu, we can see a typical example of the fake, nit-witted charlatans that are held high and celebrated in the corridors of power because, they flaunt the qualities and attributes that they do not possess. This explains the prevalence of crooks and outright criminals occupying exalted positions among the so-called opposition elements in our country. We wonder what could have been the attractions of the likes of Phrank Shuaibu to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the ADC? Is it that, in their desperate quest for power, they needed a Phrank Shuaibu, a scum, a slimy, shameless crook? Is it that they consciously went for a man Friday…a clumsy, soulless but yet, rambunctious, rambling character who has no qualms pirating other people’s intellectual property? Because, precisely, that is Phrank Shuaibu. We, in the Arewa Discussion Group(ADG), are wondering if, by being cozy and at home with a duplicitous character like Phrank Shuaibu, Atiku Abubakar and the ADC are inadvertently giving the impression that: “birds of the same feathers flock together”? From the foregone, the Arewa Discussion Group(ADG) is of the position that:* For whatever modicum of morality and integrity left in him, Phrank Shuaibu should immediately begin the process of purging himself of the heinous and reprehensible criminal act of brazen plagiarism. * This will entail his publicly admitting to the crime, tendering publicly-made apologies to Professor Farooq Kperogi and the numerous members of the public that he had wilfully deceived into perceiving, adoring and hailing him as a towering intellectual giant in the class of a “genius” or a “Professor.” * Very pertinently, his act of penance must also include redeeming his pledge of making financial compensation to Professor Farooq Kperogi for the thefts of intellectual property.* The Arewa Discussion Group(ADG) is of the view that, it is in the best interest of public health/sanity, the image and integrity of himself, that Phrank Shuaibu should, for a long while, exit from the public arena. It will be utterly appalling, bizarre and insulting to the nation’s values for a Phrank Shuaibu to continue prancing around as a “guru” of the English language and an “expert'” of the noble art of public relations.* Should, in spite of all, Phrank Shuaibu, the exposed pirate of intellectual property remain recalcitrant and impervious to reasons, the Arewa Discussion Group,(ADG) is in full support of Concerned citizens decision to commence legal actions against the shameless pretender. On a final note, the Arewa Discussion Group wishes to advice Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the ADC that, if Phrank Shuaibu should fail to honourably quit, he should be disengaged from his present position as a media aide, charged with the responsibility of laundering and projecting the image of the party and its presidential candidate. This is hinged on our candid view that, the continued retention of Mr Shuaibu is, immeasurably ruinous and counterproductive to every goal his engagement by desperate power mongers was intended to achieve in the first instance. We are on the same page with Professor Farooq Kperogi on his concluding soul searching, rhetorical questions:”What kind of society puts people like Phrank Shuaibu in positions of responsibility? Worse, what kind of society celebrates slimy little liars like this?”A word, the adage says, is enough for the wise.Arewa Discussion Group,(ADG), indeed, the entire country is watching.Signed.Malam Rabiu Maru SECRETARY

COALITION OF RENEWED HOPE REACTS TO NATIONAL FRONT BURNER ISSUES: TINUBU IS FIXING NIGERIA, OPPOSITION SHOULD STOP PLAYING POLITICS WITH PAIN.

Published

on

  1. ON KIDNAPPED 20 NYSC MEMBERS:
We are deeply pained by the abduction of 20 prospective Corps Members in Imo State. Our hearts and prayers are with their parents, families, loved ones, and all those affected by this unfortunate incident. We commend the security and intelligence agencies that have already rescued some of the captives. We understand that they have located the kidnappers’ camp and are working assiduously to rescue the remaining victims from the kidnappers’ den. We urge Nigerians to allow the security agencies to do their work professionally and without unnecessary pressure that could jeopardise ongoing operations.
The call by the APM that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should resign over this incident is irresponsible, reckless, immoral and politically desperate. Why did Governor Seyi Makinde not resign when there was a dynamite explosion in Ibadan or when bandits kidnapped schoolchildren in Oyo State? Would it be reasonable to demand the resignation of every elected leader whenever an unfortunate security incident occurs within his or her jurisdiction?
Insecurity is a global phenomenon and, in this clime, a national challenge that predates the present administration. However, the Tinubu administration is confronting the challenge head-on through improved intelligence gathering, technology, funding, training, equipment and inter-agency synergy. The government has demonstrated the political will to confront terrorists, bandits, kidnappers and other criminal elements across the country.
We are confident that these young Nigerians will be rescued alive and reunited with their families with dispatch. At this critical moment, what the victims and their families need is solidarity, prayers and responsible action—not political opportunism or attempts to turn their pain into campaign material.
  2. ON VP SHETTIMA’S REVELATION THAT TINUBU SAVED NIGERIA FROM COLLAPSE:
Vice President Kashim Shettima has told Nigerians the truth about the difficult economic circumstances inherited by the present administration—facts that many Nigerians may not have fully appreciated. When President Tinubu took over on May 29, 2023, the country was facing severe fiscal and monetary challenges, depleted resources, mounting obligations and a fragile economic environment.
The administration inherited an economy under tremendous pressure, with serious concerns around foreign exchange liquidity, fuel subsidy payments, debt obligations and investor confidence. Rather than avoiding these difficult realities, President Tinubu took some of the most patriotic and politically difficult decisions required to prevent the economy from drifting further into crisis, including the removal of the fuel subsidy and the reform and unification of the foreign exchange market.
These decisions inevitably came with pains and sacrifices for Nigerians, but the objective was to restore the fundamentals of the economy and create a foundation for sustainable growth. Today, there are encouraging signs of recovery in several sectors, while investor confidence is gradually returning. The solid minerals, oil and gas, manufacturing, capital market and other sectors are attracting renewed attention and investment.
Our foreign and domestic financial obligations are being managed with greater fiscal discipline, while the administration continues to pursue measures aimed at stabilising the economy and improving revenue generation. We acknowledge that Nigerians are still experiencing significant economic pressures, but the pains of reform must be distinguished from the benefits of a more sustainable economic direction.
The pains are temporary; the gains can become permanent if the reforms are sustained. The Renewed Hope Agenda is working towards steady, sustainable and remarkable progress for the actualisation of our common national aspirations.
  3. ON AMAECHI’S BLAMING TINUBU FOR HIS MOTHER’S DEATH:
The Coalition completely aligns with well-meaning Nigerians and the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, in questioning the political narrative surrounding Rotimi Amaechi’s recent comments. A man who has served as Speaker, Governor and Minister for several years cannot casually reduce a deeply personal family tragedy to a political weapon against a sitting President.
The suggestion that he could not afford medication for his elderly mother raises serious questions about the manner in which the issue is being presented to the Nigerian public. It is unfortunate when the memory of an elderly parent is dragged into partisan political arguments rather than treated with the dignity and sensitivity it deserves.
Instead of using his mother’s unfortunate passing as an avenue for political blame, Nigerians deserve a more responsible and dignified conversation about the broader issues affecting healthcare, governance and the welfare of elderly citizens. Political disagreements should never become an excuse for exploiting the death of a loved one.
We therefore reject what appears to be crocodile-tears politics, buck-passing and the politicisation of personal tragedy. Nigerians expect politicians who have occupied important public offices to demonstrate responsibility, accountability and maturity in their public engagements. The country needs constructive opposition and credible alternatives—not emotional narratives designed to score cheap political points.
  4. ON NLC SAYING TINUBU GOVERNMENT SEES EVERYBODY AS ENEMY:
The statement by NLC President Joe Ajaero, a member of the NDC and, in our view, increasingly aligned with opposition elements, that the Tinubu government sees everyone as an enemy is laughable, unfair and completely misleading. This administration has demonstrated several policies and interventions targeted at workers, students, young people and vulnerable Nigerians.
The government approved a new National Minimum Wage, implemented wage-related interventions, introduced and expanded CNG initiatives aimed at reducing transportation costs, empowered young Nigerians through various programmes and partnerships, approved thousands of electric tricycles and facilitated the disbursement of NELFUND support to students across the country.
These are remarkable strides that have impacted the youth and working population in ways that should not be deliberately ignored for political convenience. President Tinubu does not see Nigerian workers as enemies; he sees them as partners in building a stronger economy and a new Nigeria anchored on productivity, shared prosperity and renewed hope.
It is therefore curious that some labour leaders could commend aspects of the administration’s policies at one moment and subsequently resort to sweeping condemnations when political considerations arise. We believe the labour movement should remain independent, but independence must also come with fairness, objectivity and constructive engagement.
We urge the NLC leadership to be more constructive, engage the government through dialogue and negotiations, and place the interests of Nigerian workers above partisan political calculations. Labour must remain a credible voice for workers and not become an instrument for political combat.
  5. ON PETER OBI’S PROMISE TO SPEND HOLIDAYS IN ZAMFARA AND BORNO:
We have noted with dismay what we consider to be the politically symbolic promise by NDC Presidential Candidate Peter Obi to spend his holidays in Zamfara and Borno States respectively if elected President in 2027. While every Nigerian has the right to visit any part of the country, the Coalition believes that insecurity should not be reduced to political photo opportunities or symbolic gestures.
What Nigerians need is not a President who merely uses insecurity-ravaged areas for holiday visits and photo opportunities, but a President with the courage, capacity and political will to take tough decisions, strengthen the economy, adequately fund security and provide the necessary equipment and intelligence capabilities required to defeat criminal elements. That is the type of leadership we believe President Tinubu is providing.
Nigerians remember the various controversies surrounding Peter Obi’s administration in Anambra State and his stewardship as Governor. We believe that rather than making symbolic promises about holidays, political leaders should present Nigerians with comprehensive and practical plans for addressing insecurity, poverty, unemployment, infrastructure deficits and economic challenges.
Nigeria needs reforms, not drama; policies, not noise; and measurable results, not empty promises. Grandstanding cannot change the trajectory of a nation. What Nigeria requires is purposeful leadership, and the Renewed Hope administration remains committed to steering the country towards stability, growth and development.

BABA FEMI OJUDU’S INSOLVENT POLITICS
With tumult here and turmoil there witnessed during the reign of Chief Godwin Emefiele as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, many Nigerians are wondering why Baba Femi Ojudu failed to vent his cherished negative sentiments on some of those issues at the time, only to suddenly find his voice in the present dispensation. His present conduct is, therefore, a tragedy beyond doubt.
Never mind the applause he is receiving from opposition groups and their sponsors. Unfortunately, a section of the opposition appears willing to exploit every national challenge for political advantage, even when the country is confronting serious security and economic challenges.
Some accounts emanating from civil society groups concerning the role Ojudu allegedly played during the formation of the APC at Area 3, Abuja, in 2013, have also raised questions about his current posture and credibility. His recent comments are, in our assessment, nothing more than an attempt to appeal to the gallery and attract the attention of undiscerning members of the public.
Every serious-minded Nigerian can see through what appears to be an attempt to project a brave face while remaining detached from the realities of governance. Even some of his newfound political allies outside the immediate theatre of government are beginning to see him for what he truly represents: a man whose present interventions appear inconsistent with the record of his own past participation in public affairs.
Ojudu is first and foremost expected to demonstrate the values of an Omoluabi. If he genuinely believes that he has valuable advice for a President whom he claims to know so well, there are more dignified and constructive channels through which such counsel can be offered. Going to the pages of newspapers, the internet and the public domain to engage in what appears to be a sustained political attack does little to advance the national interest.
He appears overzealous, crafty and double-faced, speaking from both sides of the political divide because he is no longer close to the administration. We wonder why Bayo Onanuga has not responded to him, but we are confident that the appropriate response will come in due course.
Our advice to Baba Femi Ojudu is simple: rather than seeking cheap publicity and engaging in political double-speak, he should deploy his experience and knowledge towards helping to move Nigeria forward. As an enlightened Yoruba man and an elder in the political space, he should understand that the country needs statesmanship, wisdom and constructive counsel more than political grandstanding.
Nigeria is bigger than the ambitions of any individual politician. The task before all patriots is to contribute meaningfully to national development instead of constantly seeking opportunities to pull down those entrusted with the responsibility of governing the country.

CONCLUSION:
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is on the right track. The opposition appears to be running out of ideas and is increasingly resorting to blackmail, misinformation and the politicisation of virtually every development in the country, including unfortunate tragedies that should ordinarily attract collective sympathy and responsible action.
Mr. President has made a commitment to Nigerians, is working hard and remains determined to succeed where others before him faced enormous difficulties. His administration should therefore be judged fairly on the totality of its policies, reforms, achievements and measurable outcomes—not solely on isolated challenges or politically convenient narratives.
We call on all Nigerians to continue to support the Renewed Hope Agenda with greater optimism, patience and constructive engagement as the country navigates the realities of today and the demands of tomorrow.
We also urge the opposition, labour organisations, civil society groups and other stakeholders to put national interest above partisan considerations. Criticism is an essential component of democracy, but such criticism must be responsible, factual and solution-driven.
Nigeria belongs to all of us. At this critical juncture, what the nation requires is unity of purpose, responsible citizenship and collective determination to build a stronger, more prosperous and secure country for present and future generations.

PRESS RELEASE

TINUBU AND THE AUDACIOUS NORTHERN TRAJECTORYPART (1)

Published

on

The attention of the Progressive Alliance for Justice, Unity and Democracy International Movement (PAJUD-IM) has been drawn to a growing campaign of misinformation and political propaganda in certain quarters seeking to portray President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a leader who harbours bias against Northern Nigeria and its people.

These allegations are not only unfounded but also constitute a deliberate attempt to distort facts, mislead the public, and create unnecessary divisions among Nigerians. Such narratives deserve to be examined against the backdrop of reality rather than political sentiments.

It is indeed remarkable that President Tinubu, who was once criticized in some sections of the South-West for allegedly maintaining close political relationships with Northern leaders and stakeholders, is now being accused by some Northern political actors of favouring the South-West at the expense of the North. This contradiction exposes the weakness and inconsistency of the arguments being advanced by those determined to politicize every action and policy of government.

Before his emergence as President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was repeatedly accused by certain ethnic and regional groups of placing national interest above sectional considerations. Some critics within his own region questioned his political alliances and engagements across the country, arguing that he was too accommodating of interests outside the South-West. Today, the same individual is being painted by another group as anti-North. Such conflicting accusations should encourage fair-minded Nigerians to separate political rhetoric from objective reality.

Nigeria is a diverse nation with over 250 ethnic groups and multiple religious identities. Governing such a country requires balance, courage, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to national unity. No President can successfully govern Nigeria if every appointment, project, policy, or decision is viewed exclusively through ethnic, religious, or regional lenses.

Since assuming office, President Tinubu has consistently emphasized the principle that every Nigerian deserves equal treatment under the law and equal access to opportunities provided by the government. His administration has pursued policies designed to stabilize the economy, improve infrastructure, strengthen security, enhance investment opportunities, and create a more sustainable future for all Nigerians irrespective of where they come from.

While no administration is perfect and constructive criticism remains an essential component of democracy, it is important that such criticism be based on facts rather than emotions, propaganda, or political calculations. The tendency to label every policy decision as either pro-North or pro-South undermines the spirit of nation-building and weakens the foundations of national unity.

Particularly noteworthy are the efforts of the Tinubu administration in addressing security challenges that have affected various parts of the country for many years. For nearly two decades, insecurity in the form of terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, communal conflicts, and other criminal activities has posed serious threats to lives and livelihoods, especially in Northern Nigeria.

Although the security challenge remains a work in progress, there have been significant efforts by the Federal Government to strengthen the operational capacity of security agencies, improve intelligence gathering, enhance collaboration among security institutions, and support ongoing military operations aimed at restoring peace and stability across affected communities.

These efforts have not gone unnoticed. Security experts, members of the international community, traditional rulers, community leaders, and concerned citizens have acknowledged the commitment of the present administration to tackling insecurity and creating conditions for sustainable peace and development.

In recent times, a narrative has gained traction in some political circles suggesting that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu harbors ill feelings toward Northern Nigeria or has deliberately neglected the region in governance and development. Such claims, when subjected to objective scrutiny, reveal themselves as products of political mischief, selective reasoning, and deliberate attempts to sow division among Nigerians.
One cannot help but marvel at the contradictory accusations that have followed President Tinubu throughout his political journey. At one point, he was accused by some southern critics of being too close to the North, so much so that they labeled him a political ally and beneficiary of Northern interests. Today, however, some voices in the North accuse the same man of favoring the South-West and abandoning the North. The contradiction itself exposes the weakness of these allegations and demonstrates how political narratives are often shaped more by expediency than by facts.

President Tinubu’s political philosophy has, over the decades, reflected a commitment to national integration rather than regional supremacy. His political alliances, appointments, and engagements have consistently cut across ethnic, religious, and regional lines. Long before becoming President, Tinubu built relationships and political structures that transcended geographical boundaries, earning him allies and supporters in every part of the federation.
It is important to note that governance should not be assessed through the narrow prism of ethnicity or regional sentiment. The true measure of leadership lies in policies, programs, and initiatives designed to improve the lives of citizens irrespective of where they come from.

Since assuming office, President Tinubu has inherited daunting economic challenges, security concerns, infrastructure deficits, and fiscal constraints that affect every region of the country. The administration’s efforts have therefore been directed toward stabilizing the economy, attracting investment, creating jobs, improving security, and laying a sustainable foundation for long-term national growth.
The North remains one of the greatest beneficiaries of federal interventions in agriculture, transportation, road infrastructure, security operations, and social investment programs. Major infrastructure projects traversing Northern states continue to receive attention and funding. Security operations against banditry, terrorism, kidnapping, and other criminal activities have equally been intensified in many parts of Northern Nigeria. These are not the actions of a government that harbors hostility toward a particular region.

Furthermore, appointments into strategic positions within the current administration have reflected Nigeria’s federal character principle. Distinguished sons and daughters of the North continue to occupy important positions in government, contributing significantly to policy formulation and national development. While no administration can satisfy every interest group, it would be unfair and misleading to suggest that any region has been deliberately sidelined.
The challenge facing Nigeria today is not a North-South divide but the collective responsibility of rebuilding a nation confronted by complex socio-economic realities. Attempts to ethnicise governance or regionalize every policy decision only distract from meaningful conversations about development, accountability, and national progress.

History teaches us that nations prosper when their citizens embrace unity, mutual respect, and shared aspirations. Conversely, societies become weakened when political actors exploit ethnic and regional sentiments for personal or partisan gain. Nigerians must therefore resist efforts to create unnecessary divisions where none exist.
President Tinubu, like every leader, is not beyond criticism. Constructive criticism is an essential component of democracy and good governance. However, criticism should be based on facts, policy outcomes, and measurable performance rather than unfounded allegations rooted in ethnic or regional prejudice.

It is on record, with empirical evidence that the present Tinubu’ administration has a seamless relationship with the northern elites and oligarchs dating back to several years; the president has also built long-standing bridges with the northern traditional rulers, institutions, clergies and local community leaders; while since taking over the mantle of leadership, the administration has effortlessly transformed and built several infrastructures more than any Nigerian leader in the region. Our organisation (PAJUD- IM) can authoritatively state, that the Tinubu administration has continued to build on the legacies of the founding fathers such as Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Muhammadu Ribadu, Sir Kashim Ibrahim, Alh Ibrahim Musa Gashua, HRH Usman Nagogo, and Mallam Aminu Kano. The President has endeared and entrenched himself to the political class, traditional institutions including the Talakawas in spite of the handwork of fifth columnists and agents provocateurs. All our military institutions, installation and architecture including infrastructure has been enhanced, developed and a lot more established in the region and of course, the present administration has developed the North than any other region in the country since independence this can be verified by Nigerians as at today.

At this critical stage of our national development, Nigerians must rise above sectional considerations and evaluate leadership based on competence, vision, and commitment to the collective good. The task before the nation is too important to be reduced to divisive narratives that serve neither the North, the South, nor the country as a whole.
The question therefore remains: Does President Tinubu really hate the North? An objective assessment of his political history, governance approach, appointments, and policy initiatives suggests otherwise. What is evident is a leader confronted with enormous national challenges and striving, within the limits of available resources, to address them for the benefit of all Nigerians.

Rather than amplifying narratives of division, Nigerians should unite in support of policies and initiatives that promote peace, economic prosperity, security, and national cohesion. Our strength as a nation lies not in our differences but in our ability to work together toward a common destiny. Long live Nigeria.

Signed.
Com Yakubu Dan Abba
Country Representative, PAJUD.
