An Upper Area Court in Kubwa, ordered that a 25-year-old Point of Sale (PoS) operator, John Sunda, who pleaded guilty to misappropriating N334, 600 be remanded in a correctional centre.
The Judge, Abdullahi Jibril gave the order after Sunday pleaded guilty to criminal breach of trust, misappropriation and cheating.
Jibril, however, adjourned the case until Oct.6 for sentencing.
Earlier, the Prosecution Counsel, John Okpa, told the court that the complainant, Ugochukwu Akadonye , reported the matter at the Kubwa Police Station on Sept. 23.
