The media crew attached to the Office of the Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt Hon Comrade Philip Shaibu, was earlier yesterday bared from entering Sir Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub, venue of the colloquium for the 60th anniversary of the Midwest Referendum.
Eye witness gave report of how security men at the venue prevented the cameraman and other media aides to access the main arena.
Aljazirah Nigeria gathered that the directive to the security men came from above before they were physically forced out of the venue.
In a video, apparently recorded from scene, Shaibu was seen insisting that the cameraman must accompany him inside the hall.
His plea fell on deaf ears and decided to leave the ceremony along with all his aides.
