FG starts documentation for ministers-designate on Saturday.

The initiation of documentation for the newly-appointed ministers is scheduled for Saturday, with the process set to conclude on Sunday, August 20.

Nnamdi Mbaeri, the Permanent Secretary, General Services, Office of the Secretary to the Federation, released a statement on Thursday. The statement emphasizes that the ministers should present their curriculum vitae, birth certificate or age declaration, and two passport photos.

It was further highlighted, “Ministers-designate should note that their documentation is slated for the Conference Room, General Services Office, Second Floor, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, from 10 am to 4 pm on both Saturday, August 19, and Sunday, August 20.”

Furthermore, each minister-designate has been instructed to provide names of three guests for venue access during this documentation phase.

On Wednesday, the portfolios of the 45 minister-designates, recently confirmed by the Senate, were disclosed.

These ministers will officially take their oaths in a swearing-in ceremony led by President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja come Monday.
