Gov Zulum Donates 50 Patrol Vehicles and 300 Motorcycles to Security Agencies

Borno Governor, Proffessor Babagana Umara Zulum donated 50 patrol vehicles and 300 motorcycles to the Nigerian military, Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), and hunters

Presenting the vehickes at the Government House in Maiduguri on Friday, the Governor said they are meant enhance the operations in the theater of the security agencies.

He explained that, the patrol vehicles and motorcycles were provided by the Borno State Government through the state security trust fund.

Governor Zulum while handing over the vehicles and motorcycles to the Theatre Commander, Major General Gold Chibuisi, emphasized the importance of collaboration between the military and volunteer groups in addressing security challenges in the state.

The initiative he stressed demonstrates the government’s commitment to strengthening security operations and supporting the efforts of the military, CJTF, and hunters in securing communities in Borno State.

The vehicles and motorcycles will enhance surveillance and response capabilities, contributing to the fight against insurgents and other criminal activities in the region, Zulum added.
