Hajj 2024: FCT Intending Pilgrims To Deposit N4. 5m.

Intending pilgrims from Abuja, the nation’s capital to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the forhcominig 2024 Hajj have been called upon to deposit a minimum of four million, five hundred thousand Naira.

This call was made by the FCT Muslim Pligrims Welfare Board (MPWB), in a statement signed by it Assistant Chief Information Officer, Ahmad Saleh in Abuja, urging the prospective Pligrims to make the payment through a bank draft payable in favour of the Board.

The statement further hinted that the board has also fixed September 25th to commence the sale of forms and registration of 2024 intending Pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the Board.

It then urged prospective intending pilgrims to submit their valid international passports and NIN at the point of registration with the Area Officers at their respective Secretariats of the six Area Councils in the FCT, nearest to them.

While stressing to the prospective intending Pilgrims that the Board does not accept cash deposits and does not entertain registration by proxy, it added that the Board strictly adheres to the principles of first come, first served basis.
