Kano, the centre commerce is agog as Vice President, Senator Kashim Shetima, President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, governors, senators and other dignitaries attended the wedding fatiha of the son of the Deputy Senate President, Abdullahi Barau Jibrin (Amir).
The wedding fatiha took place at the Isyaka Rabiu Juma’at Mosque, Goron Dutse, Kano State after the juma’at prayers. Bilkisu, the daughter of the Deputy Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep Aliyu Sani Madaki is the bride.
Vice President Shettima served as the representative of the groom, while Speaker Abbas stood for the bride.
