The Monday statement from the Presidency clarified that the U.S. Mission in Nigeria has guidance on official visas, while Nigeria’s Permanent Mission in New York is tasked with blocking any unlisted official’s accreditation.

All government sectors are required to minimize the number of assistants and staff for UNGA delegates. Any excesses will be rectified during the final check.
