It is unarguably Nigeria’s best primary school. Built by former Borno state Governor Kashim Shettima, the school located along Bama road in the state capital, is one of the many similar primary schools conceived and constructed by the action Governor of that time.

With an initial intake capacity of 2000 pupils, the Mega School runs a full fledged boarding system with world standard laboratories, technology-driven teaching aids and methods as well as standard feeding arrangement tailored to keep the pupils fully glued to the best teaching structure, friendly environment and the peace of mind to be raised on an optimal firm foundation to give and get the best out of them.

The Dangote mega primary school Maiduguri was built for the communities around the immediate environment as well as orphans of victims of the Boko Haram insurgency.
