Edo IPMAN Elects New Exco

The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has elected its new executives to pilot the affairs of the Benin Depot over the next four years.

The election which was conducted under the supervision of the Zonal Chairman of Mid Western Zone, Chief Solomon Ogbewe in a peaceful manner, saw Rev. Johnbull Asemota emerging as chairman, while Mr. Pius Okoebor was elected the secretary.

Also at the election Mr. Lawrence Ogbewe of Sola Trust Nig. Ltd emerged as assistant secretary, while Mrs. Rachael Ossai won the treasurer position.

Mr. Murphy Iyekekpolor was elected as the Public Relations Officer of the association and Mr. Leo Ebagua finished as the product procurement and sharing committee chairman.

The election which was conducted under the provision of the amended

IPMAN constitution of 2009 further saw twenty one (21) other persons winning other respective seats of the association.

Inaugurating the new executives, the zonal chairman, Mid Western Zone of IPMAN, Chief Solomon Ogbewe JP, the Uwayoba of Benin Kingdom urged the newly elected exco to carry all members along, while stating that with the new executives on board, crisis formerly rocking the association be put to rest.
