Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni , CON, has commended members of the State Executive Council for their great contributions to the success of the administration in the last four years.
Speaking at the Valedictory Council meeting Wednesday morning, Governor Mai Mala Buni said the cabinet members were instrumental to the success of the administration as well as the success of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 general elections.
The Commissioner Ministry of Wealth Creation, Empowerment and Employment Generation, Hon. Abdullahi Bego, who spoke for his colleagues said, Governor Mai Mala Buni congratulated each member who had the privilege to serve on the council.
Hon. Abdullahi Bego stated that Buni who chaired the last Exco under his first administration was full of joy over the team work by the members of the council over the last four years.
According to him the governor was very pleased with his cabinet for their individual and collective contribution to the activities of the administration in the last four years.
Bego further revealed that Buni described the big successes which his first tenure recorded as a result of hard work, commitment, sacrifice and patience by the members of the State Executive Council.
