Kwara College of Education (Technical) Gets New Registrar

A new Registrar, Mr. Adewole Ayobami, has been appointed for the College of Education (Technical), Lafiagi in Edu local government area of Kwara state.

A statement by the Press Secretary, Ministry of Tertiary Education,

Mansurat Amuda-kannike, said the announcement was made by the institution’s Governing Council following the approval of the state government after the recent interview and other due processes carried out in respect of the position.

“The State Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Dr. Alabi Afees Abolore. having vetted the report of ratification which emanated from the last Governing Council meeting held in Lafiagi on Tuesday confirmed the approval for the appointment of the Registrar,” the statement said.

Dr. Abolore, who stated that the appointment was based purely on merit, charged the new Registrar to justify the confidence reposed in him, adding that the state government under the leadership of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is committed to enhanced service delivery and result-oriented officers across the various Tertiary Institutions in the State.
