NUJ Vice President, others felicitate with Kwara Correspondents’ Chapel new exco

Vice President, Zone D, of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Comrade Wilson Bako, has charged the new executive committee of the Correspondents’ Chapel of NUJ, Kwara state Council to uphold professional ethics and reputation in the state.

Comrade Bako, in a telephone conversatiom with the Chapel Chairman, Comrade Abiola Azeez, hailed the peaceful electoral process that brought in the new executive to office, and advised the new team to always abide by the Union constitution in all activities of the chapel, saying meaningful development and opportunities could be attracted to the union and members in a peaceful atmosphere
He, therefore, admonished the new executives to carry along members in the Union activities so as to foster unity.

Also, various organisations and professional bodies have congratulated the new executive committee of the Correspondents’ Chapel on the inauguration, wishing the team a successful tenure.

Among such are the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Kwara state, the state command of the Nigeria Police, NAWOJ and members of various chapels in the state council of the NUJ.
