Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has pledged maximum security for the Abuja campus of the Nigerian Law School (NLS) located in Bwari. The assurance was given during a visit by a delegation from NLS, led by its Director-General, Prof. Isa Chiroma. Wike emphasized the FCT Administration’s commitment to providing heavy security in Bwari based on intelligence reports, ensuring the safety of residents and institutions in the area. He reiterated the administration’s support for NLS and expressed willingness to consider requests for staff quarters and vehicles. Wike directed the General Counsel of the FCT Administration to collaborate with the school to incorporate the staff quarters request into the 2024 statutory budget.
