Abubakar Bello has been sworn in as Governor of Kogi state

Abubakar Bello has been sworn in a Governor of Kogi state at a colourful ceremony in Lokoja, the state capital.  Gob Bello took the oath at about 12:15local time,  but without a Deputy.
